I <3 HIIT workouts. I like quick and efficient that gets your heart racing.
**Lower Body Cardio HIIT**
- Do each move for 45 seconds on each side.
- 10 second rest in between each set.
- Repeat 3X through.
**Core and Shoulders**
- Do each move for 30 seconds
- Knees down for 10 seconds between (no rest for more advanced)
- Repeat 3 to 4X through
