I <3 HIIT workouts. I like quick and efficient that gets your heart racing. 




          **Lower Body Cardio HIIT**


  • Do each move for 45 seconds on each side.
  • 10 second rest in between each set.
  • Repeat 3X through.

                 **Core and Shoulders**


  • Do each move for 30 seconds
  • Knees down for 10 seconds between (no rest for more advanced)
  • Repeat 3 to 4X through
