Did you know that nutrition is 80% of the battle with weight loss, weight gain, toning, and maintenance? Most people think that if they workout, they can eat whatever they want. I know because I am guilty of this myself. Someday's I think just because I worked out, I deserve that extra slice of pizza or that 3rd glass of wine, etc. It unfortunately doesn't work that way. Don't get me wrong, exercise definitely helps, but the nutrition game is where it's at. 


Did you also know that being healthy isn't just calories in vs. calories out? Nope! Again, I am guilty of thinking this too. It's about what kind of calories you put in your body that determines your true health. We can look good on the outside, but what is going on inside?
